Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza has established herself as a household name on television. Her parents are from Ireland and Mexico. Her birthplace was in Columbus, Ohio, on December 26 in 1976. In the next few years, she moved to Texas where she pursued the field of physical therapy in the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on diverse roles in local independent films, as well as worldwide commercials. Even though she had small roles, she quickly realized her passion for performing. She moved to New York and in 2001 she landed her first acting gig in the soap opera daytime All My Children as Rosa Santos. In the beginning of 2000 she appeared in small roles in JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004, her debut major series was on The Mountain. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Anson Mount, and Mitch Pileggi. She played A.D.A. on Law & Order in the year 2006.
